It was the perfect setting for a horror movie scene. The library was all quite; outside, it was rapidly getting darker. Not many people wandering around, and noone was talking at all. Not like the university library usually is. Then a crackly loudspeaker blasted to life. "Attention everybody! There is a thief in the library! Please keep an eye on all valuables!" Wow. This sorta thing never happes at Magill, although there has been a lot of stealing happening (a total of $1000 was stolen a coupld of weeks before). Anyway, so guess who was a paranoid mess after hearing that? Everytime someone walked past me, I clutched my bag and looked around to see if anyone else was neary shold I need help. Only I was imaging some big jewel theif complete with balaclavas and weilding a baseball bat. :P I think I've been watching Australia's Most Wanted wa-ay too much lately.
Sarah rang last night, we're all going Mini-Golfing on Saturday night down at Glenelg. Which should be, um, interesting. I have a feeling it's going to turn out to be guys vs girls thing, and who's gunna win? The girls, of course! Did you really have to ask ;)?
I'm actually looking forward to writing my psychology essay which is due in 2 weeks. Isn't that sad? I guess I've gotten so used to writing papers on the weekend that it's a routine now. I realised today that for the first time in a lo-ong time, I didn't have to write a whole paper this weekend, and - I can't describe how that made me feel. But I'll probably start it anyway so I'm not leaving it to the last minute as usual.
