testing out this cut feature...

Okay. I think I'm going to be in a slight minority when I say this, but I didn't think the Harry Potter movie was *that* great. I absolutely adore the books, and in all honesty? I don't think the movie did the books justice. I DID think it WAS good, and perhaps if I hadn't read the books, I would have enjoyed it more... but I honestly thought that the movie jumped around too much, especially at the beginning, and I thought they could have set it up a bit better... like I didn't think the Dursley's intolerance for witchcraft came through enough. I thought that the flying sequences looked a little too fake (bad cinematography), but I liked seeing what Quidditch would be like ;) And honestly, I think some of the acting lacked emotion at times, especially the 3 kids. Not that it was bad at all, but yeah. And the script was a little corny at times too. I guess I was a *little* disappointed. I think I will just keep reading the books.

Okay, now I will run and hide before people throw things at me :\
