scarlet's walk

Noel is away in Sydney for the next 2 nights, and it sounds awful but I'm excited to have the house to myself for that time. The added bonus is that I'm not working tomorrow, so tonight I am going to stay up extra late (I hope...) and talk online to Russ & anyone else who is around (AIM: wingedinvisible if you want to say hi?) + write letters + finish my journal covers that I'm making, + watch the Tori dvds & Top Gear episodes I burned (NeroVision Express is my hero). I already took a nap, cosy in bed but happy to wake up feeling a little more refreshed than when I went down, and ate pancakes for dinner.

In other words, I am enjoying some much needed "me" time. I have missed time alone like this.

I'm sending off paperwork tomorrow to open up a bank account in the UK (had to go to the police station today to get some stuff certified, which was much easier than I thought it would be). I'm feeling more organised than I have in awhile, I think I'm getting prepared.
