"when the words jump off my pen and into your pages"
I am reading too many books at once right now...

creativity, politics, food :]

&these are just the books I am actively reading. Fxck, I love books. I think if I had a whole week to do nothing but read what I wanted, I would be the happiest person in the world.

Maybe if I tried reading one book at a time I would finish things a lot quicker, but I am interested in so many different things, it's hard to stay focussed on just one topic at a time. Although, I think I do need some fiction books in there. Those are all non-fiction; I seem to be a lot fussier with novels.

What are you reading at the moment?

Six of those books are on my bookshelf, heh! :D

I am re-reading Luke Davies' Candy at the moment, also re-reading Andrew McGahan's Praise. Both about drug addiction and sex really, but very good!

I have also heard that this book is very interesting!

Oh re the Tori tour--Matt's blog posting was removed the day after he posted it, so no one knows what is going on. Joke, sudden change of plans? We shall see.

Love you lots darling! xxxxx

I weaned myself off the stuff when I was pregnant. I've started drinking it again, to combat the four hour nights of sleep, but it's scary how quickly I get addicted to it (and then get withdrawal headaches on the day I don't have any)!

*GRINS* hehehe!

I love Coke as well, don't worry. But hopefully that book will help to curb my (our!) addiction.

I'm reading 'Singled Out: How Two Million Women Survived Without Men After the First World War' by Virginia Nicholson. It's really interesting and inspiring. When i've finished reading it i'm going to write about it on here. I can't help but feel like a lot of today's young women could take a few tips from that generation.

That sounds brilliant, I'm adding that to my 'to-read' list.

Fiction - The end of Mr Y - Scarlett Thomas
Non-fiction - Everything bad is good for you - Stephen Johnson

I'm also dipping into a selection of vegan nutrition/cookery books.

There are some books in your collection that look interesting. What are the two Sark ones like?

I have been eyeing 'Emergency Sex' in the bookstore for weeks, I bought it this morning after seeing your post last night, I decided it was a 'sign'. I'm just about to start reading it.

Here's my updated current reads http://www.goodreads.com/review/list/2068976
